At the risk of asking a silly question, what are file types that Kindle Paperwhite 11 Signature and KCC have in common? When I create files, I send them over via Calibre, and as far as I can tell of the options available in KCC only MOBI works. If I put anything else in Calibre it'll demand I auto-convert when I try to USB transfer.
The problem there is that MOBI is a file type where you can't embed the metadata within Calibre unless you convert again which A: causes some margin and image problems and B: in the case of manga, reverts to left to right page flips and reading. On my device, am I missing something in terms of KCC options or is MOBI really the only functional one?
I could assign the right metadata to the CBRs in KCC then generate the MOBIs but doing that on a one-by-one basis is a lot longer than bulk editing metadata and embedding in Calibre, but again, that can't be done on MOBIs without reconverts, which aren't great.
