I have downloaded the file KUAL-ff4134d-20221017.tar.xz.

It contains the following files:
KUAL.cfg
Update_KUALBooklet_ff4134d_install.bin
Update_KUALBooklet_hotfix_ff4134d_install.bin
Update_KUALBooklet_ff4134d_uninstall.bin
NEWS.txt
ChangeLog.txt
README.txt
Per the README.txt, you must use MRPI to install it. So copy the booklet install.bin to the mrpackages directory, eject and the use ;log mrpi to kick off the install process.
