FTR: in Windows 10 there's nothing special about SendTo, apart from being available in File Explorer's context menu, its a folder (WinKey+R shell:sendto) containing a collection of Windows shortcut (.lnk) files.

Whatever you can do in a Desktop shortcut, you can do in a Send To shortcut.
