Microsoft had a previous Surface with some version ARM processor. It was a disaster. I feel this will also be a disaster.

You are best to buy a Surface with an Intel processor as you know it will run Windows programs you want to run. This SQ2 is going to not work well (IMHO).

Or you could y a different Windows tablet from someone else such as Lenovo, HP, Dell, and others.
