Good evening,
I'm writing from Brazil, I've Kobo glo from 2013, model N613. 3 days ago it stops to work. I've tried different solution, I've opened it and I remove SD CARD. I download a new software but I made a mistake ad I format SDCARD after put it inside pc. Could you send me the image and instructions?
