hai

I have a kindle E ink version 4th & 5th Gen , wifi is working when i try to connect in amazon page is opening but when i try to download books it's not working ( i have got this kind of message appeared on my kindle device : not available for download )
i have take montly subscription .

Can someone help me ? pls !
