If not do you have a directory named calibre in C:\Users\<your windows user name>\AppData\Roaming\
If you do: try renaming it to calibre_save and then start calibre - hopefully you should get the calibre welcome wizard.

Nope, it's right where it belongs, in the Program folder. (Well, Programme, since my OS is German. But that is irrelevant!
