Hmm, that's not good. Does the volume control affect it at all?

The eink circuitry uses a bunch of voltage pumps to generate the higher voltages (10-15V?).
This presents a load on the power systems.
It could be that this is feeding into the audio.
Or it could be that it's all by induction/radiation of nearby circuits.

It could be unique to yours if a capacitor is missing/faulty.

There is also the problem of capacitors themselves making noise.
These multilayer caps can be a bit piezoelectric.
