That sounds more like a font issue than anything that requires a re-imaging. I'm going to send you a link to the image but try the following steps before re-imaging
  1. Have you tried the sign out/sign in (Settings => Accounts)?
  2. Factory reset your eReader? (Settings => Device Information)? This will wipe user data but not change the firmware version.
  3. The real factory reset? Enter devmodeon in the search box and search. At the bottom of Settings => Device Information, you should now see a Developer Options items. After taping on View, you should see Factory reset your eReader at the bottom of the last page of options. This option will wipe the device and reset the firmware version to the factory version.

Basically, try each of these in order. If you complete step 3 but your Clara HD is still not a happy camper, then try installing the image.

My apologies if you have already tried these steps but a surprising number of people request a firmware image without having tried these steps first.
