I also believe manufacturers ought to be responsible for products they sell. But what I see from a vocal minority here is simple whinging about the product rather than any variety of responsible posting on the topic of the DR. Apparently from reading FlowoeB's posts, his device
not only has every single bug that has ever been mentioned here other posters, it has several that he's the only to have mentioned. He seems to have completely ignored being told several times to open a Trouble Ticket (by me and others including Shaggy), which is certainly his right, but then proceeds to continue complaining about the problems with his device. I understand that yes, his device has issues that need resolution; constant complaints in this forum are not that resolution.
