Hello, I am looking for help for my glo HD which is still broken in my closet!! it does not turn on: it is charging, the red light comes on. when it is disconnected from the mains if I press the on/off button, it lights up in red and remains fixed, the reader does not start the screen remains frozen. it does not come from the screen which is ok with another motherboard, nor from the sd card which works on another glo HD.
does anyone have an idea for making it work again?
