Display composite columns with comments in book details

Available in calibre source: You can now specify that the output of a composite column (column built from other columns) be displayed on the right-hand side in book details along with comments. Reason: the right side is usually wider, giving more room to display the column data. It is particularly useful if the template generates html containing complex text, tables, lists, and links.

The template must produce plain text or HTML.

The option is not available for "Columns built from other columns, behaves like tags".
