I don't know if you can use the T-Mobile network in your area but, if you can, you can pay $5 a month (includes all taxes and fees) for unlimited talk and text and 500 MBs of 4G LTE/5G Data. And this renews every month on a set date, not every 30 days. And included in this price are unlimited International calls to over 60 countries (half landline only, the other half landline and cellular).

I use this is as my "desk" phone. I've never called out of country, but I have used their phone service for eight months, or so, without issues. This plan would be $60 a year.
