I am well aware of that.
But with computer systems sometimes different outcomes happen (or something should work and it don't but then does for no real reason). However, in this case yes I will try something different such as second factor settings see if that is the hangup.
And I submit 2nd factor (99.9% of the time) is the second definition of insanity and a stop gap because most people won't use long, unique, random, changing credentials. A year or so ago I was standing in line somewhere and they were talking about passwords, and one person said "Oh I use the same one for everything" then others were laughing agreeing they did as well. Every SINGLE person there except myself (about 18 or so) were using the same password for everything. That is also insanity. They probably all used "monkey" or "letmein" as their password as well lol.
