Easy if you use the Multi-Column Search plugin's FTS tool. It can use the Calibre FTS db, then shows the matching books. Then, Create Catalog for the resulting books, specifying the columns to export to a csv file.

Another approach would be to use the EPOM plugin, which is pure FTS, update a custom column with a tag that relates somehow to the specific search criteria used, then when convenient creating a Catalog as above.

MCS has much simpler functonality for updating custom columns with search results from FTS, which is why I wrote EPOM. Still, MCS might be enough for you.
