Kobo Support comes through
I bought a Kobo Forma last year in February. It has been acting up and finally froze to where I can't wake it from sleeping. Before I had been able to wake it up by plugging into the PC. I called Kobo, and verified it was just out of warranty. However, Kobo offered a "one-time" exchange of my reader for another unit, and sent a mailing label to return it. I have purchased several readers for myself and wife from Kobo, and never had an issue with them like this. Was nice to see them step up. Just offered as a data point.
