I have two fanfics titled Unknown, though searching covers there isn't very useful. I had to put "Unknown." (with a period) to get the title to show up in book details. I wonder if a nbsp could work?
EDIT: A nbsp doesn't work.
ANOTHER EDIT: I put 'Unknown' into the Goodreads search. Oddly, not seeing any books actually tittled that:
