I've bought ebooks from the House of Random Penguins and Download from Content & Devices often had generic covers. But often they have newer covers on the Website anyway that seem stupid, so I find the older ones with Calibre.

I presume that's what PRH stands for?

Often they have clueless CSS/HTML too.
