Version 1.0.14 Mappings of A1-A4 to #ris_... Custom Columns
Version 1.0.14 - 26 Feb 2023 Change defaulted mappings of A1-A4 to #ris_primary_authors etc. Previously, they always went to Authors. Now, only RIS Tag 'AU', Authors, defaults to Calibre standard Authors.
