Then the installation on the USB stick is “kaput”.
Might be something minor or something major, dont’t know.
And do not know why. It might have something to do with the “low power” messages.
I would suggest to start over again (with the other USB stick or not, you call).
Then put on a smaller calibre database (takes less time to put on) and finally reboot without keyboard, mouse and monitor ( less power draw).
And see what happens.
