Thanks for all this, it has helped a lot.

For the "Current Reading Location Column", all I get back is some sort of cryptic string in the column. What is it supposed to display? I thought it would display something like a page #.

The look up is kobo_reading_location. If I use kobobookmark, I get the same result.
