Not really. There's no way for FFF to associate the same story on different sites.
You can change the Calibre identifiers:url to the other site, but then an update will replace all existing chapters (due to chapter URLs not matching).
Or initiate a download with the new site story URL and if you have the 'Search Title/Author' option on.
