I try to synchronize files between a folder on my desktop PC and a PI, both in the same network, both under ethernet

At the PC I use program BCompare for years to synchronize folders/directories on internal drives and from PC and external ftp/sftp server

My first trials fail - see picture attached

What's going wrong?
