You need to do it from inside your home network, so either from your PC or from the Pi.
- fill in a name (for example: huber.freemyip.com)
- claim it! Domain was added.
- then copy and save the url https://freemyip.com/update?token=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&domain=huber .freemyip.com
You need this when either your WAN IP changes of after a year. So it's good practice to use it regularly (once a day/week/month) to update the status of your domain.

Now huber.freemyip.com points to your home network, not just your PC or Pi. Therefore you need portforwarding in your fritz!box to acces your Pi inside your home network.
