I’m sorry, but I have to tell you that this is not going to work.
192.168.xxx.xxx is an internal local area network (your home network) address. It can not directly be reached from outside your network by your friends, or by me, even if I knew what the x’es are.
You have to give them you external network address and tell you modem/router to forward any network activity to your pi.
Therefore you need portforwarding.
Login to your modem/router and search in the menu’s for portforwarding. Read the manual of the fritzbbox.
