I think it is fantastic that you are managing to get some better feedback than myself and others have had so far.

The most annoying comment in the reply though is that the price is set by the publisher.

I have already contacted a publisher regarding this matter and they have told me

Basically they shouldn't be using the publisher as an excuse for poor prices. As the publisher states THE PRICES TO CONSUMERS ARE SET BY THE RETAILER...
