Always take a screenshot. Definitely. I’ve had the prices change back on Amazon between the time I bought the book on Kobo and the time that Kobo responded to the price match request. Having that screenshot has always saved me. It never occurred to me to use an ereaderiq.com link. I’ll file that one away for future use.
The best price match I ever had was for a Brandon Sanderson book. I believe the book was $15.99 on Kobo but on sale for $1.99 on Amazon. Kobo matched it.
