You implied a false dichotomy. You shouldn't. If the observer's assessment is accurate, great. Sometimes inattentive drivers need to have their head snapped back in the game.
Sometimes it's not accurate, and self-righteous loudmouths yell at attentive responsible drivers without cause.
And even though I clearly stated that speed limits are maximums, conditions permitting, you still accuse me of arguing for merely obeying the posted limit.
