The only solution is to download a fresh Color) cover (and it has been embeded?)
Try on JUST 1 B&W book
Open the Metadata editor: Select the original format (if more than one): Click the blue book icon to the left. That extracts the cover INSIDE the book.
If that is good. then you have a chance.
BUT FIRST find out why/how it happened because it is not normal (nor that easy:unless one of your PI, of the 2 I don't use, can do that)
