The red highlighted part is a little bit garbled as it looks like the opposite of what is meant. The original "These files can be DeDRM'd." means that the DRM can be removed. Google did a pretty good job of trying to interpret it to apply DeDRM treatmeant without knowing that the treat is to remove a feature not add it. You might need to turn translate on and off to see the differences.
Also it appears Kindle for Mac has the feature of being able to download a version of the book for an eink Kindle directly which the K4PC does not, as far as I know. On Windows you have to go to a browser to do that.
