None I can think of.
If
X->delete signifies delete the book record, that's doable in the Remove book shortcuts.
Most plugins have been developed by the first person who needed a particular functionality.
The only plugin I can think of that is 'shortcut' oriented is the Scroll Book Details plugin ==>>
