If you don't need vision correction to read, you can get glasses to block blue light. Probably prescription glasses are also possible.

It's not clear to me that a screen protector would be the way to go, even if one existed, because it would be there permanently even when you don't need the front light.

(personally I do not find it necessary to mitigate blue light exposure from screens)
