@Leonatus...I'm sorry but I am a little bit unclear on your responses. Please could you do the following:
- In Sigil, please click Plugins > Manage Plugins and check that "Use Bundled Python" is selected. If "Use Bundle Python" isn't selected then select it. Do not select an external Python path.
- In post #110 you said "However, I installed the latest version of Visual C++, but the error message is still the same." This is worrying because that is not what we asked you to do. KevinH has advised you to download and install a specific service pack for Windows -- Windows Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1 -- which is a necessary and critical dependency for the plugin to work properly. So please could you make absolutely sure that you install Windows Visual C++ 2010 Service Pack 1, which you can download and install from this link:

After completing the above can you please retry using the plugin again.
