Hello and welcome to MobileRead!

One way to create an epub file from a website is to save the page as a html file (or copy/paste the text to MS Word/Libre Office), edit it in Word/LO/your favorite word processor, add the file to Calibre and convert to epub. The resulting epub can be edited again in the Calibre editor, if needed.
