I have a strange issue, and it’s only affecting my Sage. I have the same firmware and books on my Clara 2E, Libra 2 and Forma and none of the have the same problem. I’m running 4.35.20400 from before it was pulled.

When I open a book (epub sent from Calibre) the only font allowed is Publisher default, even though I have both kobo and my own fonts loaded. It’s very faint, so I go to advanced and increase the weight to the maximum. I can then read my book until the next chapter, when the font drops back to light again, so I have to increase the weight again. I don’t understand 1) why publisher font is all that I can select, and also 2) why the weight keeps dropping.

I’m loathe to factory reset my Sage and start again but I can’t think what else to do. Also should I downgrade the firmware and the load 4.35.20400 again?
