Try a sewing supply shop. They sell rubber strips that get put into the inside of pants to hold your shirt tucked in. They work well (for shirts too!) and aren't too ugly. Also check out the Dollar Shops for the rubber strips that get mounted onto the 'shoulders' of clothes hangers to stop things from slipping off. I use them on my cell phone to keep it from slipping out of my shirt pocket when I bend over!
