I've seen something similar today: Updated to 6.12.0, restarted PC (running Win11), clicked on Calibre icon. Nothing happened.
Brought up task manager, tried to run it from there. Nothing happened. I can't even get a debug log to show as it doesn't get started.
Any suggestions on other ways to try to get info?
Meanwhile I rolled back to 6.11.
