I have successfully sent a epub omnibus (about 10mb) that was created with merge epub with the send to kindle web. Try that and see if merge epub plugin repackes it compatible with send to kindle Or you possibly have reached an artificial file size limit or word count limit. The 200mb may not be the max size for epub.
