What type of video card do you have? Are the drivers updated? You might want to search this forum for --disable-gpu and how to set the environment variable in Windows. Something like QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS=--disable-gpu should show up.
BTW, if your drivers are updated, you may want to revert them to an older version since that has worked for some posters.
The Google search string I used was "QTWEBENGINE_CHROMIUM_FLAGS --disable-gpu site:mobileread.com" without the ''s.
