Library dependent toolbar

I do have a couple of libraries to store very specific type of books, containing completely different custom metadata, but it can be quite easy to forget to switch between these libraries, since there aren't many things at a glance that would immediately clue you to what library you have open, not unless you pay attention.

I run different plug-ins on different libraries to populate this metadata, they are configured specifically to interact with particular columns in a given library, and using them in the library where they haven't been configured properly just creates a mess of the database, but not necessarily in a way that would throw out any immediate errors. So making certain plug-ins not easily accessible for library a and just have them visible for library b would be extremely helpful, as not having an option to do things on auto-pilot would prevent having to redo it later.

The easiest way to do this would be via customizing a toolbar to hide certain buttons, but to have it tied to the specific library in question, so that switching between them, would also switch the toolbar - kind of like some buttons are only visible when the device is connected.

I'm not seeing any option to do that, so I was wondering if something like this may be possible.
