It's an Arch Linux JRE bug.

You'll need to downgrade JRE to the previous version.
If you haven't already done so, install the downgrade package.

Then run the following commands and select 19.0.1.u10 /var/cache/pacman/pkg:

sudo downgrade jre-openjdk-headless
sudo downgrade jre-openjdk
