I never said they were the same thing. I wasn't addressing that at all.
I was talking about disregarding the rights holders wishes (whatever those wishes may be). That's why I quoted a previous post in this thread that said
"when the rights’ holders say you can’t". So I could add context and clarity to what I was talking about.
