Looking for 2 Asimov stories....
Can anyone help? I'm looking for 2 stories from about 1989 to about 1995.

1. The story takes place in Calumet, Indiana. It is a criminal wasteland (unlike what it is today ), and a man is pursued by gangsters.

2. The story takes place in dear old Birmingham, Alabama. It seems sort of like some deranged city planner is living atop our collosol statue, Vulcan.
