Ich würde das aber auch ruhig an Thalia schreiben. Damit sie auch deutlich merken, dass ihnen durch mangelnden Service tatsächlich Kunden verloren gehen.

Dabei kannst du noch auf diesen Thread hinweisen, damit die entsprechenden Bearbeiter merken, dass das hier nicht unbemerkt bleibt, was an Service noch verbessert werden kann.
