Hi David,
I have formatted my SD card and successfully written the new image to it [It did say success at the end]but alas, my reader is still not playing ball.
When I attach it to my pc and connect to the Kobo Desktop app, it tells me it is downloading an update, then installing it and then it tells me there is an error with my Internet connection [which there is not] and then it just stops.
I am just left with the setup screen and it can't move on from there. [Pl see attached photos].
Is there anything left to try or is my reader totally lost?
