A Shift in Time: How Historical Documents Reveal the Surprising Truth About Jesus by Lena Einhorn. The author reports many parallels between the Gospels and a historical figure that Josephus and the Book of Acts both refer to as the Egyptian. It's an interesting theory that lends better support to the existence of a historical Jesus than what is usually presented.

Roadkill by Dennis E. Taylor. I finished this in 2023. This is the latest novel from the science fiction author behind the Bobiverse series. A young man hits and kills an invisible alien with his truck, and things get interesting when he and his friends start investigating the alien.
These books sound interesting.
