AFAIK Copy to Library does not embed, it copies the library entry over...
Except when there was an existing entry (empty book?...) in the target, then it does not update or merge.
It also does not respect my 'shrunk' cover (I use the size Fantastic Fiction standardized on), This happen even if I embed before transfer
