Sorry to join in disillusioning you but ….is a pirate site. I picked up a book from them which was also in KU which means it is exclusive to Amazon. Even the author is not allowed to sell the book. The epub version was a conversion from azw3 to epub by calibre and not an original epub. One gentle hint was the number of 'data-AmznRemoved-M8="true"' and 'data-AmznRemoved="mobi7"' scattered through the book.

As for keeping a book permanently that is borrowed from KU? Much like keeping a library loan, I personally find that a reprehensible action.
