Vivaldi browser? My main use is on my PC, but I have it on my Android phone too and it has a forward button. Both let you organise bookmarks in folders - and you can synchronise between the two (which is just as well because I'd never have managed it just on the phone).
Vivaldi was started by Jon Tetzchner, one of the founders of Opera.
