A year-and-a-half later, this omnibus is on sale at Kindle US for $9.99. Not as good as the $5 that @Manabi posted, but still pretty good for seven books and a bonus, and also pretty good compared to the $39.99 "normal" price. It's not on sale at Kobo US.
